Industry Night: Big Jones Edition!

Hi All!

We hope your summer has been sunny and enjoyable.  In just SIX days, b&h is kicking off the season with a tasty bang.  Big Jones has been a favorite restaurant of ours long before b&h was conceived, and it is our pleasure to announce that they will be collaborating with us for our first Industry Night of the season!




Chef Paul Fehribach uses his culinary passion to support the sustainability of farming and cooking.  His restaurant upholds the integrity of southern and midwestern cuisine, and has earned a well-deserved reputation of consistent excellence.  For the past three years, he has been a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef: Great Lakes award.  He has also recently released a cookbook available for purchase, beautifully illustrated by Andy Shay.

Gear up for some Brandy Milk Punch, housemade sausage, and authentic southern gumbo, just to name a few.  Chef Fehribach and his right hand barman, Andy Shay will be representing themselves personally at the event!  Alongside "tastings" of our new season program, it is certainly worth attending!

Doors Open 8p, Music begins 9p

Although there is not a formal admission price, we have an interactive Popular Vote at the end of the evening.  This is where we utilize a "pay what you can" system to vote for your favorite musical "tasting" of the evening.  The winning selection is performed at the next Industry Night.  Our audience has generally contributed $5-$25 for this vote.
